We look at what is under the surface — the subfloor, the old pan, the drywall behind the tile — because that is what decides the real scope. As long as you need — we order once you are sure.
Once the scope is set, the fun part: picking what it will actually look like. Stop by the showroom to see luxury vinyl, tile, and wood-look samples in person — under real light, next to each other — instead of guessing from a tiny online swatch. We help you match materials to your space and your budget, and nothing gets ordered until you have signed off on it.

We Do The Work
Timeline set up front and held to.
This is where 29 years shows. One crew runs your job from start to finish — the same people every day, not a revolving door of subs. We fix the subfloor before the floor and waterproof before the tile, because the parts you cannot see are the parts that decide whether the finish lasts. We protect your space, clean up as we go, and keep you in the loop the whole way.

Walk It Together
Same-day close-out at completion.
We do not vanish on “almost done.” When the work is finished we walk the whole job with you, point out the details, and fix anything that is not right before we call it complete. You should be genuinely happy with the result — not chasing us for a punch list weeks later.

Why our work lasts
The work you

Anyone can make a fresh finish look good on day one. Whether it still looks good in year ten comes down to the prep underneath — the part that never shows up in a photo. That is where we spend our time.
Subfloor before floor
Soft spots, high spots, and moisture get fixed and leveled before a plank or tile is laid. A flat, solid base is why our floors stay tight and quiet years later.
Waterproof before tile
Showers get a bonded membrane and a properly sloped pan before any tile goes up. Water management is built in, not painted over a hope.
Prep before paint
Fill, sand, caulk, and mask come first. Clean lines and a finish that holds up start with the boring work nobody photographs.
