Our story
Built on the parts

For 29 years we have been doing the same thing in the same community: flooring, painting, and tile, done right. Three trades under one roof means your project does not get juggled between a flooring guy, a painter, and a tile setter who never talk to each other — it is one crew, one standard, one finish line.
That experience shows most in what you do not see. We have opened enough walls and floors to know that the soft spot, the failed shower pan, and the water damage under old flooring are what really decide a job. So we fix them first — properly — and then the finish goes on a base that lasts.
And because picking finishes from a tiny online swatch is a gamble, we keep a showroom of luxury vinyl, tile, and wood-look samples you can actually see and feel before you commit a whole room to it.

We prep before we finish
Soft subfloor gets rebuilt, showers get waterproofed and sloped, walls get masked and prepped. The work you cannot see is the work that decides whether the finish lasts five years or twenty-five.

We come look, measure, and give you a clear written price at no charge. If refinishing beats replacing — or a repair is smaller than you feared — we will tell you straight, even when it means less work for us.
